Menu Plan # 9

Was exhausted after riding on Monday and Tuesday, so I skipped chores and eating for a hot soak and soft bed. But as I find myself wired now, here's the plan for the week!


Breakfast


large milk tea
vanilla yogurt with fruit
20oz cayenne-lemon water *

And slimfast shakes for the rest of the day. :)

*supposedly this combination helps trigger the metabolism


Dinner

Monday
Tuesday
Wednesday
Thursday
Friday
Saturday
Sunday

s  l  e  e  p
Rosemary Chicken and Jasmine Rice
Beef with Broccoli & Carrots
Chicken with Cheesy Broccoli
Chicken with Buttery Rice & Veggies
Date Night!     :D


Hopefully this plan will help drop the pounds! 

I'm halfway to my goal and dammit all I want to reach it!
