Monday Menu-Plan #7


Found myself a bit uncomfortably full last week.....


I'm going to continue to eat healthily, but less. If my body claims it's full, logic dictates I listen and not stuff my face like a little piggy.

I'm also changing things up a heck of a lot - according to my scale I've gained back all but one pound from last week! Completely unacceptable. I'm going to blame my husband for insisting we order in chinese one night... our local place has won numerous awards and I can't resist their sesame chicken.

Breakfast: milk tea, a whole grapefruit^ & 20oz lemon-red cayenne pepper water*
Lunch: Slim Fast Shake
Snack: apple & coffee
Dinner: see below
Dessert: Slim Fast Shake

^or yogurt with fruit bits
*supposedly this combination helps trigger the metabolism

Chicken with Broccoli & Carrots
Spicy Thin Beef Strips over Rice
Chicken with Corn & Peas
Curried Chicken Soup
Date Night! <3
Beef with Mashed Potatoes
Beef with Broccoli & Cheeeeeeeeese

Hmmm... it would appear a daily staple of my diet has disappeared. It's time I got my butt to the stable, but I'll write about it tonight!
